In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or defective when delivered please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) using the form below.
We will exchange the order (in part or full) or give a refund (if you decide to cancel the order) as soon as the goods have been received and inspected. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Please ensure the goods are in the original packaging and packed safely when returning. After inspection, if the goods returned are found not to be defective or in "as new" condition we will charge delivery costs for returning them back to you.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS
You have a right to cancel your order in part or full within 7 working days if you change your mind. Please notify us using the form below. All goods must be returned unused, complete and in the original packaging and condition they were supplied in together with any accessories or free gifts provided with the product. All non-defective returns are subject to a restocking charge of 15% to cover intial administration and delivery.
For all orders we will not be liable for the return shipping costs.
